A actividade procura brindar aos asistentes información clara, actualizada e motivadora sobre a capacidade do cerebro para cambiar e rexenerarse, así como ferramentas prácticas para estimular ditos procesos mediante hábitos de vida saudables.
Veremos de xeito sinxelo os conceptos de neuroplasticidade y neuroxénese, presentar evidencia científica sobre como a alimentación, a dixestión, o relato, a escritura terapéutica e a respiración consciente inflúen na saúde cerebral, e tentaremos motivar ás persoas participantes a adoptar hábitos que promovan o benestar mental e emocional.
